These Terms govern your use of DigixSkill Smart Study Suite (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent, teacher or guardian.
2. Subscriptions & Starter Pack
- A one-time 3-Day Starter Pack is offered to new users for ₹99. It does not auto-renew.
- Paid plans (Monthly · Best Value) renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to generate unlawful, hateful, sexual or harmful content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service.
- You are responsible for content you upload and generate.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Always review generated material before using it in classrooms or exams.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, brand, logo and software are the property of DigixSkill. Content you create and export is yours to use.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Razorpay's terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigixSkill is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
