1. 3-Day Starter Pack
- New users can purchase the 3-Day Starter Pack for a one-time payment of ₹99, which unlocks full premium access for 3 days.
- The Starter Pack is a one-time introductory package. It never auto-renews.
- After the 3 days end, the account moves to Read-Only mode. You are then free to choose Monthly (₹249/month), Best Value (₹1199 / 6 months), or nothing at all.
- Because the Starter Pack is an instantly-delivered digital access package, the ₹99 payment is non-refundable once premium access has been activated.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No future recurring payments will be charged after cancellation.
- After your subscription expires, your account will switch to Read-Only Mode until you renew.
3. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final. DigixSkill Smart Study Suite does not offer refunds for:
- Monthly subscriptions
- 6-Month subscriptions
- Partial billing periods
- Unused subscriptions
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Lack of usage after purchase
We encourage all users to take full advantage of the ₹99 3-Day Starter Pack to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
