DigixSkill Smart Study Suite ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account & profile: the role you pick, display name and email you provide.
- Content you create: prompts, uploads, generated questions, lessons, worksheets and preferences. Stored locally on your device by default.
- Payments: handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store card or UPI credentials.
- Diagnostics: anonymous error reports to help us improve the product.
2. How we use information
- To provide the features you request (AI generation, exports, curriculum matching).
- To operate subscriptions, the Starter Pack and billing.
- To improve product quality, reliability and accessibility.
3. AI providers
Cloud AI providers (Lovable AI Gateway, OpenAI, Google Gemini) are consent-gated. Only when you enable them we send the prompt content required to fulfil your request. You can review and revoke consent at any time from Settings.
4. Data storage & retention
Your content stays on your device (IndexedDB) unless you explicitly export or share it. You can clear all data at any time from Settings → Data.
5. Children
DigixSkill is designed for educational use. Users under 18 should use the app under the supervision of a parent, teacher or guardian.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@digixskill.in.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app.
